
By adding an email address to your Email Contacts, you can avoid most accidental Spam flaggings. However, some email clients are more particular than others so here are detailed instructions on how to add an email address or domain to your safe-senders list.
*It is suggested to perform the instructions given in the Helpful Tips to make sure future messages will not be mistakenly marked as Spam.
Gmail Whitelisting Instructions
- Select the Contacts tab (top-left panel)
- Click Add Contact
- In the primary email address box, type [email protected]
- Click Save
Helpful Tip: When in your Spam folder, check the box next to any email and click 'Not Spam' to direct the selected, and future emails from the email address to your Inbox.
Yahoo Whitelisting Instructions
- Select Mail tab (top-left panel)
- Click Options drop-down menu (top-right)
- Select More Options
- Click Filters (left panel)
- Select Add Filters
- Fill out form including the email address: [email protected]
- Click the drop down box next to Move to Folder:
- Select Inbox
- Click Add Filter button at top

Hotmail / MSN / Live Whitelisting Instructions
- Open your mailbox and click Options (upper right hand corner
- Click the Safe and blocked senders link in the Preventing junk email section (top of page)
- Select the Safe Senders link
- Type [email protected] in the email field
- Click the Add to list button

Outlook Whitelisting Instructions
- Right click any email in your Inbox or Junk E-mail folders
- Hover the mouse over Junk E-mail
- Select Add Sender to Safe Senders list
- Click OK

AOL [America Online] Whitelisting Instructions
- Select the Mail image (top-right)
- Enter the CAPTCHA if requested
- Click Settings (a small text-link at the top right)
- Select Filter Settings (left panel)
- Name your Filter (reference the email address to keep things organized)
- Enter [email protected] in the From text box
- Click the drop down box next to Move to Folder:
- Select New Folder
- Label this folder whatever you want and click the + button
- Click Create
